[Solved] Important: SurveyGizmo Access To Your Account

If you have contacted SurveyGizmo Support in the past, you likely know that certain support requests require our Support Heroes to access your account/survey in order to troubleshoot the problem.

In the coming days, our Support Heroes will need you to grant them access to your SurveyGizmo account. This gives you more control over your surveys and data, and of course added security.

We have developed a feature to make this process simple and seamless. Access can be granted for 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely. Access can also be revoked at any time.

For multi-user accounts, Account Administrators can control other users’ ability to grant this access via User Permissions.
