Image upload message/notice

Is it possible to get an image thumbnail when uploading a photo in a survey or at least an “Upload Successful” message. Right now when uploading only a black rectangle with an ‘x’ pops up. See the image attached.

    Are you using a theme that you have customized or one of SurveyGizmo’s built-in themes?

    The black bar in your image does contain some default text that will show the file name once uploaded. Your survey’s body text is also black so it’s just being hidden by the black bar.

    If this is a custom theme, this will probably need to be fixed with CSS – the easiest CSS will probably be to change the color of the black bar to something lighter. For example:

    .sg-type-file .sg-file-desc {
    background-color: blue;
    }

    You can change the ‘blue’ value above to any color or hex code.

    Custom CSS can be added on the Style tab: https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/style-your-survey#custom-css-and-html

    With regard to getting an image thumbnail or success message, there is not an out-of-the-box option for this but it could probably be accomplished with custom JavaScript and/or CSS.

    Hope this helps!
