Image not saving


Uploaded images are not saving in Survey Gizmo.


Can you please respond on this asap.

    Are you referring to images uploaded by respondents via the File Library question type? If so, perhaps that file types being used have not been added to the ‘Allowable File Types’ section:

    If you are referring to files uploaded to the SurveyGizmo File Library, is the file type one of the allowable types listed here:

    You may also consider reaching out to SurveyGizmo Support directly if you are still having this trouble (in case there is something specific with your survey/configuration that might be causing the issue). Other users here in the Community Forum do not have access to your survey/account and can only provide troubleshooting tips.
