      Hi Angela,

      I think you’ll have to contact the SurveyGizmo team about your account. Only account admins are able to add/remove/edit roles, and if you are not one or your only account admin is no longer a part of your company, then you’ll want to talk with a SG person to have them update your account.

        Thanks!  I had ask this in an email but they said customer service only supports through email.
