I get asked each time when I log in which of two accounts I would like to access. Can I consolidate them together and the results from each? This I believe would be good for both your organization and mine. Thank you for your response.
Thanks for reaching out via our online Community! The best way to start this is process is fill out a Survey Transfer request. You can find that here in our Moving a Survey tutorial. It will walk you through all the steps you need to take to get this started. Once it is done you can go in and delete your inactivate account if you like.
