I am trying to send a test remainder email to my email address and i dont see the email coming thru

If you’ve checked your spam/junk folder for it, you might ask SG to see what receipts they have for that email being sent. My office was bouncing emails from them in the past and they were able to get me info to help my IT team solve that quickly.
Also you can check in your responses to see if it was sent (time/date) from SG and resend.
Click on Results -> Individual responses -> Click on one of your responses and on the data tab you should see your email action:
