In the knowledge base it indicates there should be a toolbar at the bottom of both the text version of the message, and the html version. Mine doesn’t show it. Any help would be great, thanks!
Starting with the basic steps first – make sure the HTML editor is enabled. See the SurveyGizmo documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/turn-off-html-editor When the HTML editor is enabled it should appear when you click inside the textbox to start editing.
