Dear Survey Gizmo support team,
I have asked my team member to copy an old survey and update (create)it as a new survey and she did created a new survey. On her PC, I can recognize the new survey but if I login SG, somehow I can not look for the survey on my screen. I have checked that the owenership of the new survey and it is indeedm my team.
My team member who created the new survey is email address removed by Community Administrator and our team is “HR/Talent Management Tokyo”.
I attach the image here for your reference. I can’t recognize the yellow highlighted one.

You have posted this on the public SurveyGizmo Community forum where other customers can help with answers/advice, etc.
It’s a bit difficult to know exactly what might be causing the issue without taking a look at your user permissions. One thing to check is whether this user or yourself are a Stand Alone User as described here:
A Stand Alone user would only see surveys that they create.
