Is it possible that we randomize the answer options in all the questions, so we dont get redundant responses. How can i create that survey.

Yes it is possible.
When you edit the question, open the LAYOUT tab. Under the OPTION SORTING header you will see an radio button switch that will RANDOMIZE OPTIONS.
