At first, I have 2 unsubscribed respondents. They did not click the botton to chose “unsubscribed”, because they can not receive the survey invitaiton. So I set their status to be active in the status of contact. But they still can not get the reminder of the survey.
How to let them receive my reminder instead of creating another email campaign?

I have the same problem. One of my clients accidentally unsubscribed and now wants to take the survey. Could you please answer publicly so that others can learn from this?
I have the exact same problem as Cattie!
The respondents have clicked the wrong link and unsubscribed.
They now would like to receive the survey anyway – but i cant find any way to “reset their status”?!
Could you help me with this??
