Hi, in my survey I would like to add instructional text for each question. The extra challenge is that I am asking each question in a Radio Button Grid.
The reason I went with a Radio Button Grid is because it visually is the least intimidating when being asked multiple questions (all answers are either yes/no).
The survey is going to be performed by tablet users so I want to provide something that is user friendly.
One solution I thought of was offering a small blue information icon after each question. When clicked or pressed, it would open in a lightbox with a close button for easy access. Now, I just need to figure out how to do this.
If you have any ideas please feel free to share, also if you can help me with how to get a jquery lightbox working, feel free to share.

My problem I’m facing is kinda another side of story. My problem is there is addional instructional text being shown on every question of my survey without me adding it myself. And when I click on edit button to remove it…there is no addional instructional text for me to do the action but whenever I test the survey. the text is still there. If anyone has a solution, please help.
this is the html script if you want to use hover text – you can use hover and pop up window together.
BEGINNING OF QUESTION TITLE TEXT <span style=”color:blue;” title=“HOVER TEXT“><u>UNDERLINED HOVERABLE TEXT</u></span> END OF QUESTION TITLE TEXT
so if you want a simple pop up window then highlight the word or sentence and then click the LINK icon on the tool bar and it will take you there, then select target popup and then you can decide to allow them to resize, the size of the pop up window and color of the link etc.
this is where you could (if needed link them to an another document that might be a glossary or another help site)
Yes Mary thanks for the input, that is what I was going for. Do you have any information that would help me execute this?
