Hi, in my survey I would like to add instructional text for each question. The extra challenge is that I am asking each question in a Radio Button Grid.
The reason I went with a Radio Button Grid is because it visually is the least intimidating when being asked multiple questions (all answers are either yes/no).
The survey is going to be performed by tablet users so I want to provide something that is user friendly.
One solution I thought of was offering a small blue information icon after each question. When clicked or pressed, it would open in a lightbox with a close button for easy access. Now, I just need to figure out how to do this.
If you have any ideas please feel free to share, also if you can help me with how to get a jquery lightbox working, feel free to share.

under layout you can give additional instructions and then manage the color/font – so you can change the color and italics
Yes, I understand you can add additional instructions, but I don’t want it to display at all times. I want it to be accessible but not overload the survey questions.
Something that might help would be a pop up window or hover text. That way if needed they survey taker can get additional text help if needed and will keep the survey a little cleaner.
Yes Mary thanks for the input, that is what I was going for. Do you have any information that would help me execute this?
