[Solved] How many “visited” my Survey?

Hi there,

I need to find out, how many Visitors the first page of my survey had. We ran an Ad Campain and i would like to find out the conversion rate (Visitor who just left without any interaction vs. Partials/Completed).

Does anyone know, where I can find the “hits” or “visitors” on the first page?

Kind regards

    Hey Oliver!

We actually have a Fall Off Report that shows you when your users left the survey. Here’s a link to it.

       Thank you,

well – the problem is: I don’t share the link via Email. I have a survey url like www.survey2015.com/pro and I forward the user to my survey. They don’t click on the surveylink. So I guessthere is no record in the database, is that correct? If so, is there any chance to find out, how many got forwarded on the site?

      thanks in advance

      kind regards

You can find that information in an EXP0RT file.

When a respondent clicks on your email link, a record is created in the database. Even if they don’t answer a single question, a record of the initial visit is still recorded.

You should review the online documentation for details – http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/excel-export#what-does-an-export-look-like-
