[Solved] How many people click on but don’t start my survey?

0

The completion rate calculates the number of people who have completed the survey or partially completed the survey. However, I want to know how many people click on my survey but then choose not to start it. Is there a way to report this information?

My survey is being distributed via email by project partners, and also on website advertisements.

Thanks.

    Hey there!

I wanted to chime in and let you know that we also provide a fall-off report. Here’s an article on those:

    Hope that helps!

One thing you could do is add a page at the beginning of the survey that is set to Auto Submit. Include a radio button question with standard yes/no options and set the answer default to yes. Then every time the survey is loaded it will automatically submit that question answered. When you do the reporting the count of “yes” submissions will tell you how many times the survey was loaded.
