[Solved] How do you change the main contact?


A colleague of mine has left the organisation and I have taken over survey gizmo. How do I change the setting so that all results come to me directly via email?

    It sounds like you might either have an email action or a scheduled report you need to alter.

    To change the email action contact, you’ll need to locate the survey and scan the build tab for your email action. Once you find it, you can edit it and customize it to be sent to you.

    To change a scheduled report you’ll need to go to the survey, then go to Results>Reports (or Exports) and then locate the report. Next click on the report and go to the share tab to alter your settings.
