I am trying to have the survey responses be sent to multiple recipients. I currently have the various email addresses listed out with commas (no spaces) separating them. I did this under “Send Email Action” —> “Recipient Email Address”. However, I have survey responses that I didn’t receive emails for.
It sounds like you have set this up correctly – maybe the email is getting blocked? maybe the email is ending up in the spam folder?
