[Solved] How do I unfreeze my screen?

I am having difficulty connecting to my portal. The background is white and a working wheel keeps spinning… I can’t access a drop down menu from Results

    Hey There – That does sound frustrating! I’m sorry you’re having this issue. I can say that we’re not experiencing any systemic issues at the moment. That tells me that the issue must be local to your environment. In which case, you could try a few things…

    1. Try the same action with an alternative browser
    2. Try the same action within an alternative network
    3. Have a colleague attempt the same action to see if the issue is related to your machine
    4. Clear the cookies/cache of your browser and attempt the same action
