My account is getting locked due to lack of payment. Can we set up the payment to recur every month? I want it to renew automatically?

With a monthly account, automatic billing can be set up by inputting a credit card information in the Billing Contact Section.
To access this section, navigate to Account > Account Summary.
You should then see a Billing Section where you can ‘edit’ the Billing Info. You will then be automatically charged each recurring month. It is likely that automatic billing stopped due to the credit card on file needing to be updated.
