I was trying to follow the instructions for sending myself an e-mail when new responses come in (link: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/video-send-automated-email-to-survey-administrator), but the items on my screen did not match those shown in the video.
My survey is already accepting responses. Could that be the reason the screens don’t look the same?
Thanks for reaching out via our Community! Using the email action is only accessible if you have the Basic plan or higher. You can check your plan level by going to Account and Account Summary. If you are using our Basic plan and are not able to create an email action please shoot us a note at email@example.com. We are happy to take a look at that for you and figure out is going.
