[Solved] How do I save all questions from last year’s survey into a new folder in the question library?

0

Hi. I understand that I need to re-build my survey this year, because I need to use your new theme builder. I believe there’s a way to save all questions to the question library and just drag them in one at a time when I need them. However, I can’t figure out how to search for this in your question/answer section of the help site, and when I click “chat with a support hero,” nothing happens. Could you tell me how to do this or send me a link to instructions?

Thanks.

Hey Lisa! Thanks for posting to the Community :)

First, I should clarify that you do not need to make a new survey to upgrade to our new theme designer. You may switch to the new theme designer in any survey, new or old.

Note, as of November 13, 2014, our theme builder is new and improved! For surveys created prior to this date, go to Style > Customize Theme and click the link to Try The New Theme Designer to access the new and improved theme interface.

To answer your main question, saving all questions from a survey to the Question Library, check out this short (~2.5 minutes) video that walks you through each step:

    I hope this helps!

Thank you, Nathan. I thought there might be a video, but I didn’t know how to find it.
