I used my survey as a way for persons to register for a conference. An email was sent to all participants indicating what they registered for. As the conference approaches I wanted to know if there was a way for me to email the same information once more as a reminder.
i am sure there is more than one way to do this but you might want to use the conference information to pre-populate that information into another survey as a method to remind them of what they selected and any additional conference information you want to provide.
If they need to change something they can do so and thereby giving you even more up to date information.
You can also think about providing additional area information and links to “other” stuff that might be helpful or pertinent in the email or in the “reminder” survey.
You could also redirect after they have verified the conference information to your website.
Great way to continue communication and engagement with people
I don’t know how many registered, but you can refire/resend the email from the Individual Responses.
Go to Individual Responses, select a response, choose “Action Log” from the panel, find the email action and push the “Re-fire Action” button.
It will send the same email action, to the same address. It can not be modified, but should do exactly what you need.
Mary’s suggestion is also excellent, depending on your needs!
How long does it take to send? Also if you click the re-fire action under the thank you! option or do you have go from the action log?
