I have created an account for a survey we want to do at our school, but I have one of my teachers creating the survey. Every time he tries to go in he can’t. I sent him an email to reset his password which gave him access again, but now, on a different day, he cannot get access again. What do I need to do so he can get continual daily access without a password reset?
