I believe our escalations team has a tool to delete users permanently rather than disabling them. I’ll go ahead and start a ticket so that we can address this. You’ll be hearing from us soon!

You should be able to access your user list (assuming you are an Admin user), under Account > User Management. You can then delete any user with the ‘x’ to the right of the user name.
Yes, and I have “deleted” them, but they still remain on record as Disabled. I was just wondering if there is a way to delete them altogether with no trace left
