My office manager supplied his credit card to me to use for this SurveyGizmo account. In the past week, my office manager has quit and is moving to a different job. He has asked that I either cancel this account or remove his credit card information from this account. How would I go about doing that?
To change the payment, you can go to account>account summary and edit the billing info.
This is a Community page where users assist other users. I’d recommend emailing their billing team or support team. I think they’re email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
