How do I cancel or suspend my account…the instructions on the help forum do not match the interface.
I apologize for the confusion. If you click on Account>Account Summary you should now be able to see the cancel and downgrade options.
It appears the account you were on is currently not including that link. I simply switched you to the new Pro account which is equivalent to the old Premier account you were on.
