[Solved] How do I activate a monthly Pro account when the only option available seems to be annual?

I’m in a trial of Enterprise and would like to activate Pro but on a monthly payment plan. When I go to activate the account the box asking for credit info pops up with the yearly price and no option to change to monthly. How can I activate monthly Pro instead?

    Thank you for reaching out to us – this does involve a little manual intervention on our end. I have set your account to Pro – this should allow you to upgrade to a Paid monthly Pro Plan now.
