We are wanting to use surveygizmo in a healthcare setting, where we want to track individual people over time. We want to set them up, with an identifier and ask them to complete the survey every week for several weeks. I see how to do the before and after surveys, but we want to have lots of ratings on some people and only a few on others. Is there a simple way of doing this?
This will probably depend on how you would like to distribute your survey and how you would like to set up your respondents with a unique identifier.
SurveyGizmo does not have a report type that will track a specific person’s different responses over time, but running a raw data export would give you access to all data.
Typically, in order to assign a unique value to a respondent, you would use a url variable. More info on that here:
It may help to get a better idea of your desired process for this to best advise your options in SurveyGizmo.
Hope this is a good starting point
It would be very advantageous to have reports over time. I am also in healthcare and in order to demonstrate improvements i have to export responses quarterly and create this report in Excel. Very Time consuming. Such a simple task for SG to add to increase client loyaltyand continuing membership
