[Solved] How can I customize reports sent by an e-mail action?

I am allowing respondents to request summary reports when they complete a survey. To do this, I have built an e-mail action that sends the report’s distribution link to the respondent, and I have added &realtime=true at the end of the link so that the report will be updated for each respondent who requests it. 

How can I:

  1. Delay the sending of the report so that the respondent’s own survey answers will have the time required for processing and be included in the report
  2. Filter the report to include responses only between two dates (e.g. responses in the last 60 days).

I have looked for help documentation that shows the commands required leverage this functionality but cannot find them on the SG site. I am hoping there is someone in the community who may have already done this.

    1] When you create the email action that sends the report link, open the ADVANCED tab and scroll down to the TIME DELAY field.  Set this to your preference.  You can review the SurveyGizmo documentation for details – http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/send-email-action#set-up-a-time-delay

    2] Customize the report and open the FILTER tab.  Scroll down to the ONLY SHOW RESPONSES COLLECTED BETWEEN fields and fill in to meet your requirements.
