I just wanted to upgrade to more contacts/survey. Than unfortunately something went wrong, I received an error message that the payment does not work and the order could not be done.
So I found another way to solve my problem and now do not need further contacts.
Is it possible to cancel the invoice xxxxxx because I do not need the 20.000 extra contacts at this point of time.
