Hiding Sentiment from response exports


How can I hide sentiment from our PDF and CSV response exports? Thanks!

    Hi all,

    Thank you for posting on the SurveyGizmo Community forum. Additionally, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Sentiment analysis score.

    With the release of this new feature, the sentiment score has been automatically included in Raw Data Exports as well as response PDFs. I’m afraid that at this time there is not a way to prevent the Sentiment Score from being automatically included in these areas.

    If you create a Raw Data Export via Results > Exports, you can remove the sentiment column(s) via the General tab. To do this, un-check the box associated with the sentiment column(s) and click Save when you are finished.

    We understand this is a less than ideal solution. Your feedback and concerns have been shared with our Product and Development teams and we are looking to prioritize an update to this functionality. While we are not able to share a definitive timeline for this, I hope to be able to post an update soon.

            We also need to know how to turn this off. This is not useful to us as an extra item on our survey answers.
