[Solved] Have paid for one month. What is the status of my account after one month?


Dear Mr. or Ms.

I am the basic version of surveygizmo. I have paid 25USD for one month and set up two surveys. Could you tell me whether this two surveys can work normally or not after one month? The survey still can be visited after one month?

    Hi Andy,

    We bill on a monthly basis, so you can either downgrade to a Free account before the next auto-recurring billing happens (which means the surveys will still be accessible, but some features might not be available at the Free plan that you used at the Basic level) or if you close the account, the surveys will become inaccessible at that point.
