We’ve been having some issues with some of the regularly scheduled reports being blocked by our email server. It is not all of them, in fact I get a weekly report, and one week in September, I didn’t receive it, and then the next week I did. Our account managers receive multiple reports each month and I need to be sure they actually receive them all. We outsource our IT dept, so I cannot have them look into every single scheduled report, and we’ve had them follow the instructions for whitelisting surveygizmo.com and sgizmo.com. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions for other items that might need to be whitelisted?

As you can imagine, this can be a tricky issue to address because every network is set up different with varying limitations and restrictions in place. I’ve helped folks before that worked behind networks with different degrees of throttling in place that only allowed a certain number of messages from a certain domain/IP address to pass through at varying intervals.
e.g. ‘Only three messages from IP Address xx.xxx.xxx.xxx will be allowed to pass through every week’
The intermittent activity you describe would lead me to believe that a similar restriction is in place on your end. It would be impossible for me to see that though. It sounds like a conversation with your IT team may be required here.
