Hello, we have set up and published a survey and it runs well until last Friday, we got spammed with survey auto-response emails from one response ID. I have checked the log details and found that the survey auto-response emails were sent both to the survey taker and to us dozens of times within one day (please refer to the screenshot below).
Our account is of the Enterprise Type. Anybody knows what might happened then? Thanks!

Things get worse last night. The auto-response emails were sent to some IDs multiple times (usually 4 or 5). I don’t think a survey taker did the survey multiple times within that short period of time.
It’s difficult to say what behavior is resulting in these multiple emails.
Perhaps the survey taker has the last page of the survey open in their browser and each time they open their browser it just re-fires?
Additionally, do you know if you are using the Send each time page is rendered setting for the email action? (under the Advanced tab). Maybe this would contribute to the issue?
Ultimately, it might be best to reach out to SurveyGizmo Support (if you haven’t already) as they can troubleshoot this directly and perhaps use email logs to shed some light.
Hope this helps!
