    PS – I don’t agree with Google pushing this. Many websites are read only and not a great security risk. But surveys to collect data and Google keeps escalating SSL for all.

      It looks like you are using what SurveyGizmo calls a Branded Subdomain. This is not compatible with secure (https) links as noted here:

      Perhaps an alternative link option is a possibility for you?
