Google / Chrome has upped the SSL ante going with red ink and a red triangle…

… and the default http for the *.sgizmo.com URL variations that we like to use are starting to look alarming.

Should / can *.sgizmo.com go HTTPS default?

Time for SSL surveys to be free?

It looks like you are using what SurveyGizmo calls a Branded Subdomain. This is not compatible with secure (https) links as noted here:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/set-up-a-branded-subdomain#compatibility

Perhaps an alternative link option is a possibility for you?

    Hope this helps!

      • Yes, but my point is given Google/Chrome forcing https and that getting more dramatic, SurveyGizmo needs to reconsider making Branded Subdomains (*.sgzimo.com) SSL.

PS – I don’t agree with Google pushing this. Many websites are read only and not a great security risk. But surveys to collect data and Google keeps escalating SSL for all.
