I have a Drag and drop ranking question and on next question want to ask that why you rated this value as Highest.
I got a similar post from thread in which they used a custom script and I implemented in exact way but it doesn’t work.
Below is the Custom Script that I used.
rankings = getvalue(14)
for key,value in pairs (rankings) do
if (value == ‘1’) then
if (key == 10036) then
pageid = ’15’
if (key == 10037) then
pageid = ’21’
if (key == 10038) then
pageid = ’22’
if (key == 10039) then
pageid = ’23’
if (key == 10040) then
pageid = ’24’
if (key == 10041) then
pageid = ’25’
Here the QID 14 is the Drag and drop ranking question from which we are getting the values.
Also I created separate questions on page numbers 15,21,22,23,24,25 with each possible highest option.
What this Script basically do is:
- It hides every page with possible highest option questions.
- ranking variable stores the value of Drag and drop ranking question.
- Then it checks if the option is the highest (value==’1′) or not, if it matches then the pageid is set.
- And at end that page will be unhidden.
Thanks for your response.
You are right I grabbed the script from that document only. But still I am unable to see the resultant page which satisfies the condition in script.
I’m not sure if this is the same place where you grabbed the original script but you might try the script documented here:
This uses the Legacy Scripting language but should do the trick. Also, if you run into any trouble I suggest reaching out to SurveyGizmo Support as they may have some pointers:
Hope this helps!
