I have had a free account for a long time 6 years or more… survey gizmo is continually downgrading the function… ok, its free.
However the latest downgrade was i had to delete old surveys. I did, taking me to 2.
However there seems to be some glitch meaning surveygizmo only shows 2, but thinks i have more, maybe really old ones… so i can’t create a new one… any way to ‘purge’ the system?
Sorry for the trouble! It looks like you’ve had an account with us for awhile. I’ve had other customers like yourself who have very old surveys from version 2 of the software that are being counted towards the quota. If you don’t mind granting access for me to log in to your account (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/grant-surveygizmo-support-access) I should be able to fix this up!
