I’ve had a free account since 2009 and have referred many people to you over the years.
Today, I logged in to find the new account options and that I could continue as FREE with 3 surveys. However, I’m not able to alter or even delete the surveys I have. Each time I get an error message.
Is there something that needs to be done to reactivate my account?
