The free account only allows 3 surveys. If a survey is archived there seems to be no way to locate it on the dashboard. I archived 2 of my 3 instead of deleting and need assistance with accessing or restoring so that I can delete them.
We’ve released a fix for this issue to prevent this from happening going forward. As the ability to archive surveys was being mistakenly displayed, we removed the option to archive and unarchived all surveys in free accounts.

I’m sorry for the trouble! I have alerted our Support team and they have moved the archived surveys back into your main list so you should now be able to delete them. We hope to have this issue addressed soon so that it doesn’t pose a problem in the future.

I have the same problem Rachel did, only I only archived 1 survey. Is there a way to see an archived survey in a free account? Please move it back so I can delete it. Thank you.
Good afternoon, I am having the same issue and I am unable to see my survey that I archived.
I have also lost an archived survey. I urgently need this back in my main list. Is this possible?
It looks like you put me on to the Adventurer plan temporarily to sort out the issue?
Instead of the dashboard however I only got the option to start a subscription and no way to delete surveys. So I took the option to downgrade to Scout plan and am back in the same position. Only 1 of my 20 surveys are shown on my dashboard and there’s no way to access them to delete them.
Please help. Only the 2018 surveys need to be kept.
