How to have a floating textbox next to survey questions on a page


We have a survey asking participants’ opinion on a number of topics they are not familiar with. So each question comes with a specific explanation of that topic, which already creates a fair amount of text for participants to read through. On top of that, there is another paragraph that is exactly the same for all 15 questions. Is there a way to keep this paragraph in view by placing it in a floating textbox or similar device, so that as a participant scrolls down through the list of questions, he/she will always be reminded of the things to be taken into consideration when answering the question? An example of what I have in mind is the item circled in red in the screenshot below.

    Something like this would probably require some fairly heavy customization via CSS code and possibly JavaScript – it is not available as an out-of-the-box feature in SurveyGizmo.
