Can’t see my survey in dashboard but i see it in the survey list export. where can i retrieve it?

What you have described is most likely the result of user permissions (on a multi user account).
When created, surveys are assigned to Teams. Users are also assigned to Teams and will have visibility to any surveys that are on the Team(s) to which the users are assigned.
The survey list export that you have referred to should contain a ‘Team’ column. As such, you will need to make sure that you as a user are assigned to the team that the survey is on.
