[FINAL NOTICE] SurveyGizmo API Authentication Changes

Dear API User,

In an effort to increase the security of our API we are making changes to the authentication options.

In November 2015 we launched the option to use an API Key and API Secret Key and announced plans to sunset the options for authentication using either the password (user:pass) or hash (user:md5) authentication options.

That time is now past! We sent emails to all API users that the password and md5 authentication methods would no longer work after Effective March 31, 2016.

We see that a few of you are still using either the password or md5 authentication method.

You will need to update your programs to use the API Key/API Secret Key authentications by May 31, 2016. After this date API calls using the Password or md5 authentication methods will no longer function.

See our documentation for more details: http://apihelp.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/authentication

Authentication using the username and password you use to log in to the SurveyGizmo application or MD5 are scheduled to be sunsetted March 31, 2016.
