Trying to filter a report–it’s not working

I am trying to filter a report so that I do not see partial responses or test responses.  On Export, I can create and use this filter and I can see that the count has been reduced by X number.  On Report, I create the filter and it does not change the count of responses at all and certainly does not change it to match the count on the associated Export.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Hmmm, I’m not exactly sure what might be causing this. One thing you could try is creating a new report and re-applying the filters there (in case it’s report specific).

    Are you using the Response Status filter as described here:

    Or are you perhaps building a more complex filter?
