Feedback/Issues with new summary report – issues with exports

Hi – just noting areas where we are still finding issues with the new summary reports. At this stage, we believe the old summary reports still serve us better.  It would be useful to get feedback from other users and SurveyGizmo on these issues:

Issues with exports – appreciate there have been recent developments in this area, we have some issues still though:

  • PDF exports generally look much better in the old summary report – text sizing was better (question text looks very large in new reports), as was chart sizing. In the new reports some pie charts which have longer answer options have been resized and now look ridiculously tiny, while other pie charts are massive.  This results in quite an odd looking report – the old ones looked much neater/better.   I guess there may be a workaround for some of this by using reporting values to shorten answer options, not ideal though, as will create lots of extra work for us to define these (and not tested).
  • Downloading a report to PDF (from within SG, not tested via the report URL) – the PDF is not reflecting changes made to report – i.e. still displaying questions which were deleted out of the report well over an hour ago?
  • Export to Word is failing and results in an error message (I have added a comment to this effect on the relevant post re: adding exports to standard reports).
  • Options to export a report access via a shared URL have disappeared – these were available this morning, but the option is no longer there?
