We’ve heard from several our Salesforce Integration users that they would like to have the ability to send a link to a PDF of the survey response to Salesforce, rather than having to map individual fields.

As a Basic subscriber, I want to send a PDF with my “thank you” email after the respondent finishes their survey.

If you check the “Send Confirmation Email to: Respondent” option in the Post Survey Actions list, you can attach a PDF of the response by selecting the “Attach a PDF Review” option in the Advanced settings.
Is there any custom URL associated with the PDF or PDF download that we can leverage with custom PHP?

While there is a custom scripting option available for generating PDFs (see: https://script.surveygizmo.com/help/pdf), this does not generate a URL for the PDF document. I’m sorry for the trouble!
