This is our third year promoting this survey. It has been updated to reflect the new year (2018, new image) however, when we promote the latest link to the survey on FB or LinkedIn it pulls the imagery and some verbiage from 2016. Where can this be changed?
I have sent an example of what the post pulls on Facebook:
Hi Jim – Thanks for the feedback. Yes, you would be correct and we did clear the link cache. That was able to resolve itself for FB but not for LinkedIn. I spent time on the phone with SG support and they suggested for the LinkedIn issue to contact them.
I am assuming that the “imagery and verbiage” you are referring to are within the survey. My first step in solving this problem would be to clear the link cache within SurveyGizmo. You can review the SurveyGizmo documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/clear-link-caches
