Evidently SurveyGizmo had a problem processing response data this morning. They have just sent out a notification that the problem has been resolved.
For future reference, you can check the SurveyGizmo Status page – http://surveygizmo.statuspage.io/ – to see if there are any reported system problems. In the upper right corner of this page is a link to signup for notifications that will be sent to your email address.
