My export contains information not present in individual response

How to make sure data is correct in the export?

    This may be a display issue.  When you’re looking at your individual response from Results > Individual Responses, select a response so you’re looking at one response.  Then, Select Customize (at the top of the list to the right side of the screen).  At the top of this page it should say: 

    Customize Individual Response Details View

    Select the questions to include in the individual response grid.

    Here, I would select to show everything and from there compare it to your export and see if the information matches.

    If it does not, then you will want to email Survey Gizmo support and give them the name of the survey and a specific response id as an example.
