When I test my survey using TEST tab and select tablet or mobile mode, I get an error message after the first few questions, reading: “There was an error on your page. Please correct any required fields and submit again”. This does not happen when I test it in computer mode.

That error means you’ve not answered a required question. If you’re sure you haven’t left any required questions unanswered, perhaps you’ve found a bug? Try emailing customer support
