How do ensure that automatic translations is working for different regions? It doesn’t seem to be working.

Hi – Recently built a survey in English and have translated to Spanish and put translation online.  I thought I had turned the setting on to translate the survey automatically depending on the user’s region, but a colleague of mine in Argentina has mentioned that it is still showing up in English.  Any ideas??

    If you have your link language set to ‘auto’, the survey will detect the language of your respondent’s browser (rather than their region)  and present the language version of your survey that matches the browser language (if it is available). Otherwise, the default language version is shown.

    It is very likely that your colleague in Argentina has their browser language set to English.
